New Booking Platform

As of October 2, 2023 we have transitioned software to improve the class booking, virtual livestream, and on-demand experience. You will no longer be using MINDBODY web or app to book and purchase classes. 

There are different actions required based on whether or not you have an active membership/class package.

 

CLIENTS WITH ACTIVE MEMBERSHIPS/CLASS PACKAGES

If you had a subscription membership (e.g., Monthly Unlimited) or unused classes in a package as of Oct. 2, your account and package have been migrated over to our new software. To get access to your new account, you’ll need to do the following:

Using the same email you used with your Mindbody account, reset your password here.

From that point on, all bookings and purchases will be done directly on our website under the “SCHEDULE” on the menu.

Note: You will need to update your account with a card for payment.

 

CLIENTS WITH NO ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP/CLASS PACKAGES

If you do not have any classes remaining in a package:

Create a new account by going to the “LOGIN” page on the menu and click “Sign Up” 

Use the “SCHEDULE” tab on the menu to book future classes and purchase packages.

 

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL

  • If you have trouble accessing or creating your account, or booking a class, please come on in to the studio and we will get you signed up on-the-spot. 
  • All active memberships and/or packages will be in your account details. Please reach out and let us know if something is missing from your account details after 24 hours! 

The new booking system does not currently have an app but is mobile friendly through our website.

FAQ

What is the new system called?

The new booking and virtual platform we have adopted is called arketa. arketa integrates directly in to our website, so you can do everything right in one place– including managing your account, purchasing classes/memberships, signing up for a class, and accessing virtual offerings.

How do I sign in to my account?

You can sign in to your account by going to the Schedule page and clicking “Login” within the Scheduling “widget”. (The “widget” is what we call the schedule window that is embedded on that page!)

Tip: After you’ve signed in once, you will remained signed in unless you sign out or clear your browser cache.  

Why can’t I see live virtual classes on the main schedule?

With arketa, in-studio and virtual classes are booked using separate “widgets”. Visit the Virtual schedule page to sign up for live-virtual classes (including the ones live-streamed from the studio). 

How do I update my account information?
